The current Program Director of the NDAP is Dr. Ts'ui-Jung Liu, Vice President, Academia Sinica. The Deputy Director of the Program Office is Dr. Der-Tsai Lee, Director, Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica. The Program Office oversees the program and coordinates all of the projects of NDAP. There are five projects in the Program Office：

1. Taiwan Digital Archives Expansion Project
2. The Cultural, Academic, Socio-Economic, and Educational Promotions and Applications Project
3. International Collaboration and Promotion Project
4. Research & Development of Technology Project
5. Network Core Platforms Project
