Program Period & Budget

        The first phase of this program is a 5-year program plan for the period 2002 to 2006. The budget for each of five years is $337, $367, $530, 640, and 772 million NTD respectively (Approximately $9.6, $10.46, $16, $18.8, and 22.7 million USD).
